Our new Loyalty Card is our way of saying a special thank you to our regular clients. Each time you visit the spa for a Spa Day, you will receive a stamp on your card. After collecting two stamps on your card your 3rd visit to the Spa will be free (excluding treatments). The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Loyalty Program.
 

1. The free Spa day is only available during the week (Monday-Thursday, Bank Holidays are not included)

2. Stamps on the card will only be issued for paid Spa days.

3. The card is not transferable.

4. You must be over the age of 16 to be eligible for a card.

5. The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Beauty Cocktail Spa Ltd which reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time.

6. The Loyalty Card is to be used by one Client only per card.

7. Beauty Cocktail Spa Ltd does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

8. A participant may not redeem the card for cash.

9. We may amend or terminate the Scheme or amend any of these terms and conditions (including the value of stamps), at any time.

10. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to issue a Card and may withdraw a Card from a participant at any time. We may, at our sole discretion, remove any or all participants from the Scheme at any time.
